Return Policy
We want you to be confident in every Home Lights 24 order. If something is not right, here is exactly how returns work.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Requests received after 30 days cannot be accepted.
2. Item condition
Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original packaging, including all manuals, accessories, and protective materials. Items showing signs of installation or wear cannot be refunded.
3. How to start a return
- Email support@homelights24.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We will reply with a Return Authorization (RA) number and the correct return address.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and clearly mark the RA number on the outside of the parcel.
- Ship the parcel back using a tracked service. We recommend keeping the tracking number until your refund is processed.
- Once received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Returns sent without an RA number may be refused or delayed.
4. Restocking fees
Most returns are processed with no restocking fee. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to oversized fixtures, opened bulb multipacks, or specially-sourced items. If a fee applies it will be confirmed in writing before you ship the return.
5. Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, return shipping is the customer's responsibility. If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we cover return shipping — just include photos with your initial email.
6. Exceptions — non-returnable items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Personalized, custom, or made-to-order items
- Items marked Final Sale or Clearance
- Installed or hard-wired fixtures
- Bulbs that have been used or unsealed beyond inspection
- Gift cards
